La Mirada HS: Named All-CIF, All-Area and 1st Team All-Suburban League as a senior after passing for over 2,500 yards and rushing for over 400 yards… Led the team to the league championship… Accounted for 2,000 passing and 700 rushing yards as a junior to earn All-Area and all-league honors, as well as being named his team’s Most Valuable Player… Passed and rushed for over 1,000 yards his sophomore season, which garnered him All-Area and all-league recognition, as well as his team’s MVP award… Was a member of the varsity team as a freshman when they won the league title… Competed on the football and track and field teams for four years…..

Personal: Most memorable moment were when he passed for 400 yards and six touchdowns in one game and being near the top of the state ranking in completion percentage (77%)… Would like to transfer to any college that offers him a scholarship… Aspires to be a radiologist… Hobbies include racing cars… Has three siblings – Anthony, Jen and Sarah… Is the son of Mike and Gloria Lara… Born on April 2, 1997…..
