Long Beach Millikan HS: Placed fourth at the Masters Meet after coming in second place at the CIF Championships… won the Moore League championship at 215 pounds three years in a row… Was the recipient of the California State Pursuing Victory with Honor Sportsmanship Award… Won the Santa Ynez Tournament championship and was named the Most Valuable Player, while he also won the Norco Rodeo Tournament title… Finished his senior year with a 43-5 record after going 40-12 his junior year… Took fourth place at the CIF Championships his junior season… Spent four years on the wrestling team…..
